I have been looking for a house myself, but seemingly everytime I find one I have had a number of people writing offers as well. This has caused some people to bid more on a house which is how people and banks have gotten into problematic situations like not being able to sell if they need to or even if they want to. This made me think of something I was told when I was younger and still trying to make it playing hockey.
